The Career Activation Lab is a small group coaching experience for women in the energy sector across Canada who are looking for more space to reflect, grow, and navigate leadership more intentionally alongside other thoughtful women leaders.
The program includes:
• 6 weekly small-group coaching sessions
• 1 hour session per week, beginning June 5
• Small cohort format for meaningful conversation and connection

The Career Activation Lab: group coaching for women leaders in energy

Women in leadership across the North American energy sector (Canada, the USA and Mexico). Some participants are senior executives, some are newer to leadership. We build cohorts so you’ll be in a group that will have similar interests and growth points.

Our group coaching is informed by research interviews we conducted with over 80 women across the energy sector. This research revealed the ways that women overcome obstacles and succeed to build the life and career they want. Each program starts with a diagnostic based on the research that will help you identify your professional strength and areas where a few change could enhance your career. That’s what we’ll work on together in our group coaching.

For the first pilot groups in June-July 2026, the fee is $400 for the full program.
